Dr. Tricia M. Hartwig:  Living A Dream
Since she can remember, she always wanted to be a veterinarian.  Growing up in Iowa, she was always surrounded by family pets.  She graduated from Iowa State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in May 1994.  She worked at Jordan Creek Animal Hospital in West Des Moines, IA for 5 years, then moved to Indiana where she worked in an emergency clinic for 2 years.  Caring for animals as well as taking care of clients is what she likes, so, when a client-friend from Iowa moved to Longmont, and told her they needed a good veterinarian, she decided to move here in July 2000.  Dr.  Hartwig has a daughter, 3 indoor cats, a border collie, and a guinea pig.  She loves to play softball, hike, and do outdoor activities with her daughter and their dog.  Her philosophy of life and work are based around the same premise, "You get out of situations what you put into them."

Kristina Steele:  Office Manager
Kristina was raised in Boulder, CO and moved to Longmont 9 years ago.  Her family consists of her husband, 4 sons, 1 daughter, 2 dogs, 4 cats, 2 hamsters, and 2 guinea pigs.  She enjoys reading mystery novels and watching her sons play baseball in her spare time.  She has taken her life long love for animals and transferred it over to a rewarding career at Tender Loving Care Animal Hospital.  She looks forward to seeing each and every patient that walks through the door.

Jackie Farley:  Receptionist
I love dogs!  I have three Akitas of my own, and my dream job would be to operate a boarding kennel, but I have a son to get through college, and a husband who wants to retire early and become a full-time RV-dweller and travel the country.  So, right now I have the pleasure of working with lots of dogs here, and we'll cross those other bridges later.
