Our goal and policy is to treat our clients, as we would
want to be treated, and to treat our clients' furry companions,
as though they were our own. Our clients and patients are
the heart of our hospital and the reason we are here. At
all times our clients and patients will be treated with
respect, dignity, compassion, and tender loving care. Taking
care of our clients and patients is the definition of our
purpose and the mission of our hospital. WE PLEDGE AND GUARANTEE
THAT WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR VERY BEST TO SERVE YOU AND TO
PROVIDE YOUR FURRY COMPANIONS WITH THE CARE THEY DESERVE.

We opened this brand new, 1900 sq. ft. bright
facility on May 10, 2001.

The name says it all. We pledge that you will always
get personalized care with us. We believe in having relationships
with our clients, as well as with their furry companions.
We spend at least 45 minutes to an hour with a new client.
Good communication and educating our clients are high priority
at Tender Loving Care Animal Hospital.

The finest compliment we can get is when our clients
refer us to friends and family. Referral cards are available
in the hospital and it has a $10 gift certificate attached
to it that will be deducted from the new client's first
visit. The referring client gets a $5 credit on their account
as soon as the new client visits us.
